The "Retainer-NSA FY 22-23" document is for use by non-state agencies.
The Attachment A document is for use by both state agencies and non-state agencies.
The LOA Form is for use by both state agencies or non-state agencies.
Description: Interagency agreement between the OAG and various agencies whereby the agency pays the OAG hourly rates for legal representation. This blanket agreement, beginning upon execution of both parties (or the beginning of the fiscal year) states that the OAG shall, when requested by the AGENCY, provide legal services to the AGENCY and that each request shall be in the form of a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
