In compliance with section, 120.74, Florida Statutes, this page contains the Agency's current and all subsequent Annual Regulatory Plans. Each year's Plan contains the following information:

• A listing of each law enacted or amended during the previously 12 months which creates or modifies the duties or authority of the agency.
• A listing of each law not otherwise listed pursuant to above which the agency expect to implement by rulemaking before the following July 1.
• Any desired update to the prior year's regulatory plan or supplement.
