This form must be used in place of any previous Attachment A forms you may have. You should not change the language in Attachment A; however, you may add anything you want to your agency form and any such addition does not require OAG approval.
Description:
Pursuant to subsection 287.059(10). F. S., the "Attorney General shall develop a standard addendum to every contract for attorney services that must be used by all agencies, unless waived by the Attorney General, describing in detail what is expected of both the contracted private attorney and the contracting agency." The addendum is attached.
